What is a crashpad?
A crashpad is a fully furnished temporary lodging option available for medium- to long-term stays, offering the flexibility to rent by the room or the entire home. For those renting by the room, our property provides private bedrooms and bathrooms along with shared, functional common areas where you can relax and socialize after a long day.
Do I need to provide my own renter’s insurance?
Yes, you need to find and maintain renters insurance during the entire duration of your stay. Wingman Crashpads is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal property. USAA offers comprehensive low-cost renters insurance for military members.
What is your rate?

Do I rent a whole house or just a room?
We rent individual rooms as well as the whole home. Each room is equipped with a keypad lock for privacy and security.

If I’m already in base lodging, can I change my mind and move into the crashpad?
YES! Please contact us directly; we can help you transition to Wingman Crashpads. If you have already started your training program and you are currently staying at Little Rock AFB or haven’t found off-base permanent accommodations, send us a message so we can book you a room today! We do not charge more than the on-base lodging rate, which means you won’t need a non-availability letter.
Can I bring my spouse or significant other?
At this crashpad, we welcome families. Guests can visit, with a maximum of three-night stays per week individual rooms are rented, to ensure respect for other housemates.
What do I need to bring?
At Wingman Crashpads, we provide all the furniture, linens, detergent, utensils, cleaning supplies, utilities, and a fully stocked kitchen, including a Keurig machine. All you need to bring are your clothes, toiletries and your own food and beverages. Additionally, we have a grill and provide refunds for propane purchases.

How close am I to Little Rock AFB?
It’s an 8-minute drive from the crashpad to the back gate. The back gate offers low traffic at all times of the day and is open 24 hours, except on holidays.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed on a first-come, first-serve basis, with a limit of two pets in the home at a time. You will be required to pay a one-time pet fee of $200 per pet as well as provide documentation of current vaccines, a clean bill of health, and a guarantee that flea and heartworm medication is being administered as prescribed. Your pet fee will be used to do a thorough cleaning after you vacate the house. There are breed restrictions, and we retain the right to refuse certain pets for liability and safety concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Do I need to be in the military to stay?
No, we cater to single individuals, groups and families. We welcome TDY/PCS members, traveling nurses, civilian professionals and even those looking for a weekend getaway outside of Little Rock, AR.
